Built for businesses that produce pallets faster than they can dispose of them
If your loading bay is choked with broken pallets, your fire-exit is half-blocked, or you’ve just cleared a fit-out and the pile needs gone by Monday — you’re the customer we designed our service for.
Production & manufacturing
Broken pallets pile up daily around the loading bay. Scheduled weekly collection keeps the area clear.
Warehouses & distribution
Inbound deliveries leave pallets behind. We collect at your cadence, no minimum order.
Construction & fit-out
End-of-project pallet stack needs gone before handover. Same-day in most cases.
Out-of-London contractors
Doing London work? You need a reliable London-side pallet partner that flexes with your project pace.
Retail, e-commerce, returns
Receiving pallets daily, no clear disposal route. Single pallet to full load — we cover both.
Existing CRL customers
On bag or bin service? Occasional pallet from a delivery? Your route driver takes it for £10 + VAT, no separate booking.
Pallets, palletised waste, broken or intact — we take it all
Wood, plastic, broken or intact
- Standard wooden pallets (broken, damaged, or intact)
- Half-pallets and quarter-pallets
- Plastic pallets
- Heavy-duty and Euro pallets
- Stillages and crates (subject to quote)
Mixed waste loaded on a pallet
- Mixed waste shrink-wrapped on a pallet
- Cardboard or boxed waste palletised for collection
- Office or fit-out residue stacked on a pallet
- Production scrap palletised for clearance
- Returns / damaged stock on a pallet
Plasterboard must be segregated and is handled via our Construction Waste service. Never mixed with pallet loads — Powerday charges gate fees on contaminated loads.
Hazardous waste, paint, oils, chemicals are separate streams with separate rates. Flag at quote stage.
Mattresses, fridges, large WEEE on pallets — quotable but need flagging at booking so we plan the right vehicle and disposal route.
Loading is customer-side — effectively a Wait & Load for pallets. All pallet collections require a forklift or telehandler at your end to load the caged tipper. Our driver brings the vehicle and waits while you load. Make sure your loading equipment and operator are on site at the agreed collection time.
Three clear price points — single call-out, half load, full load
No surprise per-pallet maths at the end. Your job sits in one of three buckets, and we tell you which one in your quote reply within hours. Volume drops the per-pallet rate to as low as £5.60 + VAT.
How our pricing works
- Single pallet to small job. Fixed call-out covers driver, vehicle, disposal, Waste Transfer Note and waiting time while you load. You provide forklift or telehandler.
- Half load — up to 25 UK pallets / 20 EUR pallets. Fixed price covers the lot. Most fit-out clearances and warehouse decants fit a half load.
- Full load — up to 50 UK pallets / 40 EUR pallets. Caged tipper full. Effective per-pallet rate from £5.60 + VAT at this volume. Same fixed-price logic as a Wait & Load.
- Existing bag or bin customers. £10 + VAT/pallet when your route driver is already on site. No separate booking, no minimum, no call-out fee.
- Recurring scheduled collection. Locked per-pallet rate based on weekly or monthly volume. Predictable cost, fixed schedule, locked for term.
- Plasterboard or mixed-waste pallets? Flag at quote stage. We route correctly to avoid Powerday gate fees — saves you money and us a headache.

We compete on reliability, quick service, and clear pricing
Customers switch to us when their previous pallet contractor was unreliable, slow to quote, or charged unpredictable per-pallet rates that added up at the end. We compete on a different axis: reliability you can plan around, quick service when you need urgent, and three clear price points so you know exactly what’s coming.
Reliability you can plan around
Recurring customers get locked weekly slots, same time window every collection day. Zero missed collections is our standard.

Borough Broth — keeping a busy production site’s loading bay tidy, week after week
Borough Broth’s Greenford production site receives ingredients on pallets every working day. The pallets accumulate fast — broken ones, half-broken ones, the odd plastic stillage, the occasional Euro pallet that doesn’t quite fit anywhere.
Before we got involved, the pile around the loading bay was a daily operational headache: fire-exit clearance to manage, forklift access to negotiate, the eternal “where do these go?” question every time a new delivery came in.
We collect on a fixed weekly cadence now. The bay stays tidy. The team stops thinking about it.
What started as recurring pallet collection has since expanded into a full multi-stream account — three 1100L bins three times a week, the pallets, plus the occasional Wait & Load when production overhauls produce more than the regular schedule can handle. Same number, same response, same reliability.
That’s the model: start with a single problem, prove the reliability, and the relationship grows from there. Most of our anchor accounts started as one-off pallet jobs.
“We’ve not had a missed collection since.”

Daily routes across London and Watford
We run daily collection routes across central London and Greater London, with our strongest base in West London / Watford / Hertfordshire (WD, HA, UB, EN postcodes). If your postcode is in the grid, we already pass you on a route — adding your pallets is near-zero marginal cost, which means we can hold tight pricing without cutting corners on reliability.
If your postcode isn’t shown, ask anyway. We’re always looking to fill route capacity in adjacent areas.
Compliant, accountable, fully documented
We’re a registered Upper Tier Waste Carrier with full commercial insurance in place. Every recurring customer receives an Annual Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note. Ad-hoc collections receive a single-collection Waste Transfer Note on the day.

What businesses ask before they book
How quickly can you collect?
Same-day in most London postcodes if booked before 12:00. 24–48h is the typical service window. Recurring customers have locked weekly slots.
What’s the minimum order?
No minimum. We’ll come for a single pallet. Fixed call-out covers driver, vehicle, disposal, Waste Transfer Note and waiting time while you load. For larger jobs the half-load and full-load tiers offer better effective per-pallet rates.
Do you take broken or damaged pallets?
Yes — broken, damaged, half-pallets, and intact pallets all collected. Wood is recycled (biomass / chip / animal bedding) at our licensed disposal partner.
What does pallet collection cost?
Three clear price points: a fixed call-out for single pallets and small jobs, half load (up to 25 UK / 20 EUR pallets), and full load (up to 50 UK / 40 EUR pallets). Effective per-pallet rate drops to £5.60 + VAT/pallet at full load. Send your details and we’ll confirm your tier price within hours.
Can you take palletised waste (mixed waste on a pallet)?
Yes — mixed waste shrink-wrapped on a pallet is fine. Plasterboard, hazardous waste, fridges, mattresses, large WEEE need separate handling — flag at quote stage.
Do I need to load the pallets myself?
Yes — all pallet collections require a forklift or telehandler on your side at the time of collection. Our driver brings the caged tipper and waits while you load. This is effectively a Wait & Load operation for pallets — same model as our Wait & Load service for general waste. Caged tipper holds up to 50 standard UK pallets or 40 EUR pallets per full load.
Can I have recurring scheduled pallet collection?
Yes — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedules. Locked per-pallet rate for the term of your agreement. Predictable cost, fixed slot.
How long does the collection take on the day?
Driver arrives within the agreed window and waits while you load. Typical small jobs (1–3 pallets) load in 10–20 minutes. Half loads usually load in 25–45 minutes depending on your forklift speed. Full loads can take up to an hour. Waiting time is included in the call-out fee — no extra charge for normal load times.
What about plasterboard or hazardous waste on pallets?
Plasterboard is a separate stream — handled via our Construction Waste service. Hazardous waste, paint, oils, chemicals all need separate handling. Flag at quote stage so we send the right vehicle.
Do you take heavy or contaminated pallets?
Heavy pallets (Euro, heavy-duty) collected at the same rate. Contaminated pallets (oil-soaked, chemical residue) need a flag at quote — we may route to a different disposal partner.
What happens to the pallets after collection?
Wood pallets are recycled at our licensed disposal partner — routed to biomass, chip, or animal bedding. We’re a Licensed Waste Carrier (CBDU466346) so every route is tracked and documented under your Duty of Care.
Do you cover central London ULEZ and Congestion Charge zones?
Yes. Our vehicles are ULEZ-compliant and we operate daily routes across all central London postcodes. Congestion Charge cost is included in our quoted rates — no surprise zone surcharges on the invoice.
What’s the bag-customer pallet add-on?
If you’re already a CRL bag-collection customer, your route driver can take an occasional pallet for £10 + VAT — no separate booking, no minimum, no call-out fee. Frictionless add-on while we’re already on site.
Can I switch from a current pallet provider?
Yes — happens often. We can hold a start date until your existing notice period ends, or run alongside during transition. Send us a copy of your current agreement and we’ll advise on the cleanest exit window.
How do I pay and what’s the invoicing?
One-off ad-hoc pallets are pre-paid via a Stripe payment link before collection. Recurring scheduled service is invoiced monthly in advance with Direct Debit recommended. All invoices show VAT separately.
Tell us what you need — quote back the same day
Postcode, pallet count, frequency, broken or intact. That’s all we need to send a real number — not a placeholder.
We use your details to send a quote and follow up. We never share or sell your data. Privacy policy.
Pallets gone, loading bay clear, no permits, no waiting
Most quotes go out within hours. Pre-paid via Stripe link, collected typically within 24–48h, often same day. No upfront commitment to send us your details.
