The honest answer is — it depends on weight and what's in the load. Our floor is a £75 + VAT call-out. Small light loads typically run £125–£175 + VAT total. A typical strip-out or refurb load runs at the Half-Load Cage Van rate — £160 + VAT (up to 500 kg). Bigger jobs are £320 + VAT Full Load (up to 1 tonne) or quoted on the call. How fast can you collect?
Book before noon and we'll usually collect the same day. Otherwise 24–48 hours from booking. Every booking is confirmed in writing with an arrival window.

Do you provide a Waste Transfer Note?
Yes — every job. We're an Upper Tier Licensed Waste Carrier (CBDU466346). The WTN is emailed to you before we leave your site, so your audit trail is closed before the day ends.
Do you take rubble, hardcore or heavy waste?
Yes, we'll take rubble. One thing worth knowing — rubble is heavy, so you'll hit the cage's weight limit (Half Load 500 kg · Full Load 1 tonne) well before the cage looks full. Don't picture filling it the way you'd fill a skip. A typical mixed load — bricks alongside plasterboard, timber, packaging, strip-out waste — fits comfortably. Easiest way to size it: snap a few photos on your phone, WhatsApp them to us, and we'll confirm the right load size visually before you book.
What else can't you take?
Asbestos, hazardous chemicals, clinical or sanitary waste — we don't carry these directly. We'll refer you to one of our specialist partners. Just call and ask.
