Events and productions

Strike-day pallet clears, often out-of-hours, when the build comes down fast.
Simple pricing

From single pallets to full vehicle loads.

Two numbers, both what we charge you: a call-out and a price per pallet. What you're quoted is what's on the invoice, no fuel surcharge, no levy, no admin fee. All ex VAT. Over fifty pallets we quote from photos.
£75 + VAT

Call-out, every job

We charge £75 + VAT to come out, whatever the count. It covers the stop and the tip. Same day where the slot exists, otherwise next day, and a waste transfer note either way.
£5 + VAT

Per pallet, you load

We charge £5 + VAT for each standard UK or euro pallet, broken or intact, heat-treated or not. If you've got a forklift or a couple of pairs of hands, this is your rate. Ten pallets £125 + VAT, twenty-five £200 + VAT, fifty £325 + VAT.
£7 + VAT

Per pallet, we load

We charge £7 + VAT a pallet and the driver does the lifting. Ten pallets £145 + VAT, twenty-five £250 + VAT, fifty £425 + VAT.
£10 / £14 + VAT

Doubles, A-frames, plastic

Double pallets and A-frames take twice the room, so we charge twice the rate: £10 + VAT you load, £14 + VAT we load. Plastic pallets cost £2 + VAT more than wood, because they go down a different recycling route. Over fifty pallets, or a recurring route, send photos and we'll price it.
Already a bag-collection customer? We charge £10 + VAT a pallet when our vehicle's already on site for your bags, no call-out. Evenings and weekends +£100 + VAT.
Recycling prices

Pallet recycling prices in London

Straight answer: we charge to take pallets away, we don't pay for them. We charge a £75 + VAT call-out, then £5 + VAT a pallet if you load them, £7 + VAT if we do, double that for doubles and A-frames, and £2 + VAT on top for a plastic one. So for ten pallets you load yourself we charge £125 + VAT, for fifty £325 + VAT. The price you're quoted is the price on the invoice. No weighbridge charge, no fuel surcharge, no admin fee.
What happens to them: they go to our licensed disposal partner for processing. If what you actually want is someone to pay you for your pallets, you want a pallet trader, and they'll only take decent standard-size ones in bulk. There's more on that in who collects used pallets in London, and on who does it for free in free pallet collection in London.
What we collect

Wooden, EUR / EPAL, heat-treated, broken or intact.

Standard wooden pallets, UK (1200x1000mm), EUR / EPAL (1200x800mm), display pallets, broken or intact, single or stacked. Heat-treated (HT / ISPM-15) pallets handled as standard.
01

Wooden and EUR / EPAL pallets

UK (1200x1000mm) and EUR / EPAL (1200x800mm), display pallets, single or multi-layer stacks, broken or intact. Collected on the standard per-pallet rate and routed to wood recycling.
02

Plastic pallets, £2 + VAT a pallet more

Plastic can't go in with the wood at the recycling end, so we charge £2 + VAT a pallet more than for a wooden one: £7 + VAT if you load, £9 + VAT if we do. Mixed stacks are fine, each pallet is charged at its own rate. More on plastic pallet collection.
Euro pallets

Euro pallet collection in London (EUR / EPAL)

Euro pallets are the 1200 x 800 ones, normally with EUR or EPAL stamped on the blocks. We charge the same for them as for a standard UK pallet: a £75 + VAT call-out, then £5 + VAT a pallet if you load them and £7 + VAT if we do. They're heavier than a UK pallet, about 25 kg against 20 kg, so fewer fit in the cage: 20 to a half cage and 40 to a full one, where it's 25 and 50 for UK pallets. The price is per pallet whatever the count.
One thing people don't realise: nobody owns a euro pallet. With blue, red or brown pool pallets there's a company you can ring to come and get them. With euros there isn't. So it's either a pallet trader, if you've got enough clean ones to be worth their while, or a paid collection where we take the dirty, stained and broken ones too. Heat-treated and unstamped euros, same rate. Send a photo and a rough count on WhatsApp to 0207 101 4003 and we'll come back with a price.
Clearances

Pallet clearance for large, odd-sized and mixed stacks

Hardly anyone has a tidy stack of identical pallets. It's usually UK and euro mixed, some broken, and a couple of odd things on top. Big 2000 x 1000 boards, the double pallets plasterboard comes on, display pallets, those upright A-frames that glass and panels get delivered in. All of it goes on the same load. The big ones and the A-frames take up a lot more room in the cage, so we charge twice the pallet rate for them: £10 + VAT if you load, £14 + VAT if we do. Tell us when you send the photo and you'll have the price before we turn up, not after.
Yard tidy-ups, end-of-job clearances, warehouse closures: we price them off photos and a count. If it's more than one load we'll spread it over the day or come back the next morning. If there's a slot we'll clear it the same day, otherwise it's next day.

Why us

Why warehouse and retail operators trust us.

Licensed, single-pallet or full-load, no surcharge stack, and a Waste Transfer Note in your inbox the same day.
01

Licensed Waste Carrier

Required for commercial pallet removal under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Many ad-hoc collectors are not licensed, which exposes your business to fly-tipping liability if pallets are improperly disposed of.
02

Single pallet or full vehicle, same service

Most pallet collectors won't quote under a full load. We do. We charge £80 + VAT for one pallet, and it gets the same paperwork and the same licence as fifty.
03

No surcharge stack

The published price is the invoiced price. No fuel surcharge, no environmental levy, no admin fee. The single biggest complaint about waste contractors, and not something you get here.
04

WTN with every job

Same-day Waste Transfer Note in your inbox. Required for commercial premises compliance and landlord deposit return on warehouse and industrial tenancies.
Licensed collectors

What a licensed pallet collector in London has to give you

If someone's taking pallets off commercial premises as part of their business, they need to be registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier. Ours is CBDU466346, Upper Tier. Worth asking whoever you use for theirs before they load up, because if those pallets end up dumped somewhere it comes back to the business that handed them over, not whoever drove off with them.
You should also get a waste transfer note for every collection. We email ours the same day and it says what the waste was and where it went. If a trader's buying your good pallets to sell on, ask them how they document it. If they're going for recycling, that note is your record.
How it works

From phone call to clear yard in hours.

1. Photo and count

WhatsApp us photos and a count. Quote in 5 minutes for under 10 pallets, an hour for larger.

2. Schedule

Same-day if booked before noon. Out-of-hours and weekend at +£100 + VAT.

3. Crew and cage

The caged tipper arrives. Load it yourselves and we charge £5 + VAT a pallet, or the driver does it at £7 + VAT.

4. WTN and receipt

Same-day Waste Transfer Note. Pay by card or bank transfer.
Same day

Same-day pallet collection in London

Ring or WhatsApp before midday and if you're in EC, WC or W1, or anywhere on our West London run out to Watford, we can usually get to you the same day. The caged tippers are already out on those postcodes. Everywhere else in London it's normally next day. Urgent collections during weekends and evenings incur the out-of-hours charge of £100 + VAT.
Photo and a count to 0207 101 4003 on WhatsApp, price back within the hour, pay by card or bank transfer and it's booked. If we can't fit you in that day we'll say so straight away. We'd rather tell you no in the morning than let you down at four o'clock.
Pallet pick-up

Unwanted pallets picked up, from one pallet to a full load of pallets

Need pallets picked up? WhatsApp us a photo and roughly how many. We'll send a price, give you a day (same day or next, usually), and either you load them or the driver does. We charge £75 + VAT to come out, then £5 + VAT a pallet if you load, £7 + VAT if we do. For one pallet that's £80 + VAT, for twenty £175 + VAT, for a yard full of fifty £325 + VAT, or a couple of trips if there's more than that.
No minimum call-out. You don't need to do anything on site except show us where they are. Broken ones, half pallets, loose bits of pallet wood, all go on at the same rate. Call it removal, pick-up, clearance, collection, whatever. It's the same van and the same price list.
Recent jobs

Pallet jobs we've cleared in London

On every job below the pallets were the problem: in the way, a fire risk, or sat on space the business needed. We took them away. These are a few examples, to give you an idea: what each job looked like, what we did, and what we'd charge for the same job today. Names left off; the numbers are the point.

Engine-support workshop by Heathrow, TW6

The problem: thirty-odd pallets in mixed condition had built up around the workshop and were getting in the way of the work. What we did: one visit, one full cage, everything gone including the broken ones. The floor was clear the same afternoon. Today we'd charge the £75 + VAT call-out plus £5 + VAT a pallet for 30 pallets: £225 + VAT if they load, £285 + VAT if we do.

Logistics warehouse in Wembley, HA9

The problem: about 100 pallets, whole and broken, stacked against the building, and the site manager had been told they were a fire hazard. What we did: three loads on consecutive days, so the stack was gone within the week and the fire-safety issue with it. Today we'd charge three call-outs plus £5 + VAT a pallet for 100: £725 + VAT self-load.

Drinks brand in Tottenham, N17

The problem: a small yard with no room to move stock, and around 40 broken pallets taking the space, with blue pool pallets mixed in that nobody wanted to touch. What we did: separated the blue ones for their owner to collect, took the rest in one visit, and gave them their yard back. Today we'd charge £275 + VAT for 40 pallets if they load, £355 + VAT if we do.

Print room inside a City law firm, E1

The problem: a print room with nowhere to store pallets, and the only way out is up from the basement. What we did: fifteen pallets one week, ten more three weeks later, carried up and out by us, the second booking made with one WhatsApp message. The room stays workable between deliveries. Today we'd charge £180 + VAT and then £145 + VAT, loaded by us.

Warehouse in Kent, TN postcode

The problem: around 100 broken pallets had filled a corner of the warehouse that was needed for stock, and it fills up again every six months. What we did: two loads over two days, then the same again half a year later when they rang back. The corner is working space again each time. Today we'd charge two call-outs plus £5 + VAT a pallet for 100: £650 + VAT self-load, £850 + VAT if we load.

Lab fit-out site, King's Cross, WC1H

The problem: on a tight London construction site every square metre of storage is spoken for, the site manager is under pressure to keep materials moving, and the pallets the deliveries arrive on pile up in the way. Here a subcontractor on a lab refurbishment had a stack of big 8 by 4 boards taking the space the next trade needed. What we did: a full cage booked by WhatsApp and collected two days later, so the space was back in use and the next trade could get in. A second contractor on the same site then asked us to quote the stacks left over. Today we'd charge the double rate for boards that size after the £75 + VAT call-out: £10 + VAT each if they load, £14 + VAT if we do.

Shelving installer, Borehamwood, WD6

The problem: a full cage of dead pallets and offcut MDF blocking the unit, and they wanted it gone that day. What we did: they rang at twenty to ten, had a forklift on site, and we collected that afternoon, MDF in the same load. Today we'd charge the £75 + VAT call-out plus £5 + VAT a pallet, self-load.

Solar installer, Harlesden, NW10

The problem: four pallets inside the building where the panels had been unboxed, one big one on the kerb outside, and no one on site to load. What we did: loaded them ourselves and collected the same day. Today we'd charge £117 + VAT: the call-out, four pallets at £7 + VAT and the big one at £14 + VAT.

Broth producer in Greenford, UB6

The problem: a food producer taking pallet deliveries every week, with broken pallets building up behind the unit and nowhere to keep them. What we do: our driver is there three times a week for the bins anyway, so the broken pallets go in the cage on the same visit. It started as a one-off pallet job; the bin contract came after. Today we charge £10 + VAT a pallet on a bin or bag visit, no call-out.

Coffee shop in Kensington, W8

The problem: a small shop front with no yard, and a pallet from every coffee delivery that has nowhere to go. What we do: a front-of-shop pickup every five or six weeks, one to three pallets a time, booked by message. Today we'd charge £82 + VAT for one pallet or £96 + VAT for three, loaded by us.

Pizzeria on Upper Street, Islington, N1

The problem: a pallet a week from deliveries, no storage, and the first one sat at the back door. What we did: took that one as a one-off; they moved their daily bag collections to us the same afternoon, and now the pallet goes out with the bags. Today we charge £10 + VAT a pallet on the bag run, no call-out.

Sandwich shop in the City, EC2V

The problem: a sandwich shop in the City on a regular bag collection, with the odd pallet from a delivery in the way at the back. What we do: a message, and it goes on the next bag visit. Today we charge £10 + VAT a pallet when the vehicle is already there, no call-out.

FAQ

Common questions about pallet collection.

If your question isn't here, call 0207 101 4003 and we will answer it on the phone in plain English.
How much does pallet collection cost in London?
We charge a £75 + VAT call-out, then £5 + VAT a pallet if you load them and £7 + VAT if we do. We charge £10 + VAT or £14 + VAT for double pallets and A-frames, and £2 + VAT more for a plastic pallet than a wooden one. So we charge £80 + VAT for one pallet, £125 + VAT for ten you load, £325 + VAT for fifty. Over fifty we quote from photos. What you're quoted is what's on the invoice: no fuel surcharge, no levy, no admin fee.
Can you do same-day pallet collection?
Yes, same-day if booked before noon for sites in central and West London. Other postcodes are typically next-day. Out-of-hours and weekend collection is +£100 + VAT. If the slot is not there, we tell you straight rather than promising and missing.
Do you provide a Waste Transfer Note?
Yes, same-day by email. Required for commercial premises compliance under EPA 1990 and for landlord deposit return on warehouse and industrial tenancies. It includes disposal partner type, waste classification, and weight. Annual aggregate summaries on request for ISO 14001, B Corp or planning files, with no extra charge.
Will you load the pallets for us?
Yes, and we charge £7 + VAT a pallet instead of £5 + VAT. If you've got a forklift, or a couple of pairs of hands, loading it yourselves is quicker and cheaper. Anything heavy or awkward that needs two people on a bigger job, send a photo to 0207 101 4003 and we'll price it.
What types of pallet do you collect?
Standard wooden pallets, UK (1200x1000mm) and EUR / EPAL (1200x800mm), broken, intact, single or multi-layer stacks. Heat-treated (HT / ISPM-15) pallets handled as standard. We charge £2 + VAT a pallet more for plastic than for wood, and twice the pallet rate for double pallets and A-frames.
Do you handle plastic pallets?
Yes, on the same routes as wooden ones. We charge £2 + VAT a pallet more for them, so £7 + VAT if you load and £9 + VAT if we do, after the £75 + VAT call-out, because plastic goes down a separate recycling route. Mixed loads are fine; each pallet is charged at its own rate.
Do you take heat-treated (HT / ISPM-15) pallets?
Yes, standard heat-treated pallets (HT / ISPM-15 stamped) are collected on the standard per-pallet rate. They go through the same wood-recycling route.
Do I get a discount if I am already a bag-collection customer?
Yes. If you are an active bag-collection customer and have occasional pallets to clear when the driver is already on site for your bag pickup, we charge £10 + VAT per pallet as an add-on. The vehicle is already there, the marginal cost is low, and the price reflects that.
Is this a recurring service or one-off?
Both. Most pallet collections are one-off, billed per job. If you generate pallets regularly (warehouse, distribution centre, e-commerce fulfilment, retail back-of-house, manufacturing), we set up a recurring schedule on a 12-month standard contract at the published per-lift rate, with a 90-day pre-renewal reminder before any auto-renewal. A 1-month rolling option is available at +10% per lift if you need flexibility. Call 0207 101 4003 to discuss volume.
Can you handle 50+ pallets in one go?
Yes, 50+ pallet jobs are quoted on the phone or from photos. Multiple vehicle loads scheduled across the day, or across consecutive days for warehouse clearances. We charge the same £5 + VAT or £7 + VAT a pallet, one call-out per trip. Common for warehouse closures, distribution-centre clearances, retail refits and post-event strip-outs. Quote turnaround usually within an hour for sites with photos.
Can I get a price over WhatsApp without a site visit?
Yes. Send photos and a rough count to 0207 101 4003 on WhatsApp. We quote back within 5 minutes for under 10 pallets, and within an hour for larger jobs. A site visit is only needed for complex access (basement or mezzanine pickups, lift restrictions, restricted-hours sites). Most warehouse and retail jobs are quoted from photos alone.
Where do the pallets go after collection?
Pallets go to our licensed disposal partner for processing. 98% landfill diversion across all streams. A waste transfer note is emailed the same day.
Do you collect from warehouses, retail, e-commerce sites?
Yes, warehouse, distribution and 3PL sites are core for pallet collection. Retail back-of-house (supermarkets, department stores, shop fitouts), e-commerce fulfilment centres, market stalls, builders' merchants, manufacturing yards, event sites. Loading-bay access is preferred but kerbside works too. Recurring routes available for high-volume sites.
What documents do I need to start?
Site address, contact name, access details (loading bay, parking, restricted hours), pallet count and rough condition (photos help), and preferred date. We provide the rest: insurance certificate, RAMS for site work, Waste Transfer Note same day. For first-time recurring customers we send a short Supplier Form back to capture VAT details, invoice address and payment terms.
When should I book pallet collection vs Wait and Load?
Pallet collection (this page) is the right service when the load is mostly or entirely pallets, where we charge per pallet after a £75 + VAT call-out. Wait and Load Cage is the right service for mixed general waste with some pallets in the mix, such as timber offcuts, packaging, non-upholstered furniture and fit-out strip-outs, where the flat half or full-load price works because the whole load is going to general waste anyway. Not sure which? Send photos to WhatsApp 0207 101 4003 and we will route you to the cheaper service honestly.
