Why aren't all your exact prices listed here?
Because a fair price depends on what you are throwing away, how much, how often and where you are. The starting prices on this page are real floors. Tell us your setup and we give you the exact figure, usually within the hour in working hours.
What is included in the price?
Everything to get the job done: fuel, ULEZ, the congestion charge, collection, licensed disposal and a Waste Transfer Note. Nothing is bolted on afterwards.
Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
No. No bin rental, no fuel surcharge, no environmental levy, no admin fee. The price you agree is the price on the invoice.
Is VAT included in your prices?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, so VAT is added on top at the standard rate. You get a full VAT invoice for every collection, usually the same day.
What affects my final price?
Mainly the waste type, the volume, how often you need collection, access at your site and your postcode. Out-of-hours work can affect it too. We weigh all of that into one clear quote.
How much does commercial bin collection cost?
From £12 + VAT per lift, priced to your bin size, how often it is lifted and your postcode. No bin rental. Send your details and we quote within hours.
How much does commercial bag collection cost?
From £1.50 + VAT per bag, with a minimum first order. The exact rate depends on volume and frequency. Tell us how many bags a week and we will price it.
How much does a Wait and Load collection cost?
From £160 + VAT per load when you load the cage yourself, priced by load size. Prefer the crew to load it? A driver-loading add-on from £40 + VAT covers that.
How much does pallet collection cost?
From £5.60 + VAT per pallet on a full load, and single pallets from £25 + VAT. Tell us how many and we confirm the price.
How much does rubbish removal cost?
Single items, like one pallet, from £25 + VAT. Loads start at £75 + VAT and are priced by size. Send a rough idea of what you have for an exact figure.
How much does office clearance cost?
From £160 + VAT per load, priced by volume and access. Larger strip-outs and multi-floor jobs are quoted on a quick call or a few photos.
How much does furniture or bulky waste removal cost?
From £25 + VAT per item, with a call-out per visit. Bundling several items into one collection brings the cost per item down.
How much does builders or construction waste removal cost?
From £75 + VAT, priced by load size and weight. Send your postcode and roughly what you have and we give you the number quickly.
Is there a minimum charge or minimum order?
Yes. Small jobs carry a call-out floor, single items start at £25 + VAT, and trade bags have a minimum first order. We always tell you the minimum before you book.
Do you charge to rent the bins or containers?
No. There is no bin rental. The bins are part of the service for as long as you are an active customer.
Do weekend or out-of-hours collections cost more?
Recurring bag and bin collections run seven days a week, weekends included, with no weekend premium. For one-off and ad-hoc work (Wait and Load, clearances, pallets), weekend, early or late slots carry an out-of-hours surcharge that we confirm up front before you book.
How and when do I pay?
By card or invoice link. First and one-off jobs are paid before collection, and regular account customers settle on agreed terms.
Do account customers get credit terms?
We earn credit terms with customers rather than extend them on day one. After a few successful jobs, regular customers can move onto agreed terms.
Do you do contracts, or can I book one-off?
Both. Recurring bin and bag collections run on a simple contract, while clearances, Wait and Load, pallets and rubbish removal can be booked as one-offs whenever you need them.
