Compare commercial waste collectors in London
Compare commercial waste collectors in London on the six things that decide whether a sack or bin service works for you: where they collect, what containers they supply, how the charges are structured, how fast they start, the notice terms, and who issues the Waste Transfer Note. Capital Recycle is the collector on every page below: pre-paid sacks and 240 to 1100 litre bins across central London and the WD postcodes, starting within 24 to 48 hours from sack stock we hold. Each comparison is built from the other company's own published pages, dated, and quotes no competitor price.

Five questions to put to every provider before you sign
- What is the notice window? The minimum term, the renewal date and the written notice you must give. If it is not on their website, ask for it in writing before you sign. Ours: 12 months, renewing unless you give 60 days' notice before the renewal date, or rolling monthly at a higher rate.
- Can the price rise automatically? Some agreements allow increases on notice. Ours is a fixed monthly figure per bin for the term, and sacks are priced per sack by weekly volume.
- What else is on the invoice? Rental, environmental levy, fuel surcharge, renewal fee, overweight and contamination charges. Ask for the full list of lines. Ours has no rental line, no environmental levy and no fuel surcharge.
- How fast can a bin or a frequency change? A site changes within months. Ours: a like-for-like bin swap on 24 hours' notice, no crossover period.
- Who issues the Waste Transfer Note, and what happens to the waste? You must hold a valid note for every stream. Ours: issued and renewed by us for every stream, with 98% of what we collect diverted from landfill.

Common questions
How were the facts on these pages checked?
Every statement about another company is taken from that company's own published pages, read on the date shown at the foot of each page, with the pages listed as sources. If a fact is not published, the page says so rather than guessing.
Do you publish competitor prices?
No. Prices change and are quoted per site. We describe how each company structures its charges and leave the figures to them.
Why compare yourselves with national operators?
Because that is who our customers compared us with before they signed. A business pricing commercial waste in London has the national names in front of it already; the pages give it the facts side by side, including the cases where the other company is the better fit.
Do you cover my postcode?
Central London and the WD postcodes. Call 0207 101 4003 and we will tell you straight away.
