What are pre-paid waste sacks?

Pre-paid sacks are commercial waste bags where the price of each sack includes its collection and disposal. You buy a roll, printed with the collector's name and the stream (general waste or recycling), and put full sacks out on the agreed days; the driver takes any sack with that print and nothing else, because the print is the proof of payment. Councils sell them for their trade waste rounds and private carriers supply their own. There is no bin to store, no monthly rental and no charge for a quiet week, which is why shops, cafés and small offices use them. Ours are delivered from stock in London, usually the same day.
