Yes. If you are an active bag-collection customer and have occasional pallets to clear when the driver is already on site for your bag pickup, the pallet add-on is £10 + VAT per pallet. The vehicle is already there, the marginal cost is low, and the price reflects that. New bag customers get the first pallet free as a goodwill gesture on the first collection.

If you generate pallets regularly (warehouse, distribution centre, e-commerce fulfilment, retail back-of-house, manufacturing), we set up a recurring schedule on a 12-month standard contract at the published per-lift rate, with a 90-day pre-renewal reminder before any auto-renewal. Pallet collection (this page) is the right service when the load is mostly or entirely pallets, with per-pallet pricing for small volumes and Half / Full Load for bulk.
