A commercial sack holds about 140 litres, roughly two kitchen bin liners. Start with a week's supply plus a few spare, since sacks are paid per bag rather than per week, and adjust the next delivery once you have seen a real fortnight. If you are regularly above 10 sacks a week, a wheelie bin is cheaper.
