Waste collection account for contractors in London

Waste collection account for contractors in London: a monthly account for established trade customers, subject to application, with a purchase order on every load and one invoice a month for all your sites. We run Wait and Load collections across central and Greater London, Watford and the WD postcodes, and your team loads one of our caged tippers on site. A load is typically collected 24 to 48 hours after booking, or the same day when you book before noon.

How the account works

Apply once, then book each load with a purchase order.

1

Apply and name your orderers

Ring 0207 101 4003 or send the form. Tell us the sites you work on and who is allowed to place orders.
2

Book each load with a purchase order

Every load needs its own purchase order, sent with the booking on the booking form or by email.
3

We collect and leave

One of our caged tippers arrives, your team loads it on site and it goes on the same visit. The Waste Transfer Note for that load is emailed the same day.
4

One invoice a month

Everything collected in the month goes on one invoice, each load on its own line against its purchase order.

Customer story

What we did for a contractor with several Central London sites.

A London contractor with several Central London sites rang us wanting a caged tipper in place of skips. Paying by card on site for every load had become a chore, and bookings for different sites on the same day were hard to tell apart.
That's what a monthly account is for. Each site raises a purchase order when it books, named people place the orders, and everything collected in the month lands on one invoice with each load on its own line.
An architects' practice with sites across east London ran one account across all of them, with a Waste Transfer Note for every collection.
  • Sites: several, Central London
  • Waste: mixed construction waste
  • Collected by: caged tipper
Price

A half load is £165 + VAT and a full load is £330 + VAT.

These are the prices published on our Wait and Load page, which also sets out plasterboard and insulation. The full list is on our pricing page.
Where and paperwork

Where we collect and the paperwork you get.

We run routes across central and Greater London, and we cover Watford and the WD postcodes. Give us each site's postcode and we check it against the rounds we already drive. See also our commercial waste collection across London.
Every load comes with a Waste Transfer Note, emailed the same day, so your site file stays complete. We are a registered Upper Tier waste carrier, CBDU466346, which you can check on the Environment Agency register, and we carry £5m public liability. Our Waste Transfer Note guide explains what the note covers.
Common questions

What contractors ask before they apply.

Not covered here? Ring 0207 101 4003 and we will answer it on the phone.
Who can open a contractor account?
It's a monthly account for established trade customers, subject to application. Ring 0207 101 4003 or send the form with the sites you work on.
Can one purchase order cover several loads?
No. Each load has its own purchase order, which appears against that load on your monthly invoice so your accounts team can match it.
Who can place orders on the account?
The people you name when the account is set up. Site staff can book and head office still gets one invoice.
What if several sites book on the same day?
Each booking is its own load with its own purchase order and its own Waste Transfer Note, so nothing merges on the invoice.
Can I book a load before the account is open?
Yes. Until the account is open, a load is booked and paid for in advance, as with any Wait and Load booking.
Do you do skips?
No. We send one of our caged tippers, your team loads it on site and it leaves on the same visit. That means no skip permit and nothing standing on the road overnight.
What does the Waste Transfer Note show?
It names the waste and its EWC code, and it carries our carrier licence number. Our Waste Transfer Note guide has the detail.
Can I add a site later?
Yes. Send us the site's postcode and who orders for it. We check it against our rounds and add it to the same account.
