Who this is for

Offices that produce waste every day and have nowhere to store a bin.

If your building has no yard, the landlord will not allow a wheelie bin in the corridor and your current supplier keeps missing the pickup, this is the service we built for you.

Small and medium offices

Paper and packaging every day, plus a staff kitchen. Collected two or three times a week so nothing piles up by the door.

Studios and professional practices

Architects and agencies, fashion and design studios. Cardboard from samples and deliveries goes in DMR, the rest in general waste.

Managed floors and serviced offices

One invoice to the managing agent or operator, one schedule for the whole floor, a single contact when something changes.

Offices with a busy kitchen

Coffee cups and food packaging all day, cans and plastic bottles from the fridge. General waste sacks for the first two, DMR for the rest.

City and central London addresses

EC and WC postcodes where bags may only be out between 6pm and 8am. We collect kerbside in that window, or from your loading bay if the building has one.

Offices leaving a failing supplier

Bags never delivered, collections missed, a helpdesk that cannot tell you when the next one is. We start within 24 to 48 hours and you deal with the people who run the round.
What we take in a bag

Two sacks cover almost everything an office throws away.

GENERAL WASTE

What goes in the General Waste bag

  • Disposable coffee cups and lids
  • Food packaging and food-soiled paper or card
  • Soft plastics, cling film, crisp packets
  • Tissues, paper towels and kitchen roll
  • Other non-recyclable office waste
DRY MIXED RECYCLING

What goes in the DMR bag

  • Office paper, envelopes and junk mail
  • Flattened cardboard from deliveries and samples
  • Plastic bottles and containers, rinsed
  • Drink cans and food tins
  • Clean foil and trays
  • No glass: it has its own collection
Most offices run more DMR than general waste. Two recycling sacks to one general sack is a common split for a paper-heavy office. The recycling rate is yours to keep, and DMR is priced 10p below general waste in the bands a small office uses.
Confidential paper. We do not offer shredding. Anything you would not put in a public recycling bin should go to a document destruction company. Everything else from the paper tray goes in DMR.
Glass stays out of the DMR bag. It is collected as its own stream in a dedicated bin. If your office has a bottle habit or runs client events, ask for a glass collection alongside the bag service.
Old laptops and monitors are WEEE and do not go in a bag. We can refer you to a specialist ITAD partner and stay your single point of contact. A whole-floor clear-out is a different job, quoted on our office clearance page.
Sanitary waste from office washrooms is a separate licensed stream in its own bins. We do not take it in bags, but we can refer you to one of our partners if you have nothing set up.
Pricing per bag, published

Office bag prices by weekly volume.

The tiles are the price. Most small offices sit in the 10 to 49 band; find your weekly bag count and both rates are on the tile, general waste and dry mixed recycling. Tell us your volume in the form and we confirm your band within hours.
Per bag, plus VAT. Hover or tap your weekly volume. Recycling bags are 10p less than general waste in every band except the top one.
Worked example: a 20-bag-a-week office sits in the 10 to 49 band, so general waste is £2.10 + VAT a bag, £42 + VAT a week. Dry mixed recycling in the same band is £2.00 + VAT a bag.

Bands are set by your committed weekly volume on a 12-month agreement, on one of our routes. Prefer a 1-month rolling option? Add 10% per bag. Bag delivery on a collection day, collection, transport and disposal are included in the per-bag price; the annual Waste Transfer Note service is charged separately and shown in your quote.

How the price works for an office

  • Your per-bag price covers bag delivery, collection and disposal. No bin rental and no zone surcharge for central London. The annual Waste Transfer Note service is charged separately and shown in your quote.
  • DMR costs 10p less per bag than general waste for offices using up to 999 bags a week. Sort at the desk and the invoice goes down.
  • Heavy-duty 140-litre sacks with a printed 5 kg limit. Paper is heavy, so a paper-only sack fills by weight before it fills by volume. Excess weight can be charged separately.
  • Bags delivered free from our own stock. First bags arrive within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment; collections follow your agreed schedule and reorders arrive on collection days.
  • The band reviews itself. On a committed schedule, when your weekly volume grows into the next band your rate steps down without a renegotiation.

1

Quote

Tell us the postcode and roughly how many bags a week you fill. Not sure? Say so and we suggest a starting band. Quote back the same day, often within the hour.
2

Agree the days

We confirm kerbside or loading-bay collection, check the City's 6pm to 8am window or your building's own rules, then fix the collection days with you.
3

Bags delivered

Empty bags, to reception or your cleaning team, free, from our own stock, within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment.
4

Collect

On collection evenings your cleaners empty the desk bins into our bags, tie each one off at 5 kg and bring them out once your building's window opens, which in the City is 6pm. Our driver takes them from the kerbside on the route the same evening, well before the 8am cut-off. Nothing is stored inside, full bags never wait overnight.
Why offices switch to us

You deal with the people who run the round.

We are a small founder-led company. The number on this page reaches the people who plan your collections, and the bags come from our own stock rather than a print run.
01

Founder-led service

A small, accountable team you deal with directly. One number, one operator who knows your building.
02

Same-day from stock

General Waste and DMR bags ready to ship from our own stock. No waiting on a print run.
03

Reliable collections

Turning up on the agreed day is the whole job. Our record is verifiable on Trustpilot and Google.
04

Built for buildings without a bin store

Bags are filled on the collection evening and collected the same evening, so nothing full sits inside your building. We schedule around your presentation window and loading-bay rules.
05

Two terms, your call

A 12-month agreement at the published rate, or 1-month rolling at +10% per bag. Plain-English notice terms either way.

Customer story

Their supplier stopped delivering bags. We were live within 24 hours.

A design business in N1 switched to us after its supplier stopped delivering bags and then stopped collecting.
The office manager emailed us and asked one thing: could we collect on Wednesdays and Fridays, after 6.45pm, once the cleaning team had been through?
They were live within 24 hours of that email. We collect on Wednesdays and Fridays, after 6.45pm.
Nothing about that is clever. It is a small company answering an email and turning up when it said it would. That is the whole service.

“If we can do 6.45pm every Wed and Friday that would work perfectly.”

Where we collect

Routes across central London every working day.

We run collection routes across central and Greater London, and we cover Watford and the WD postcodes. City and West End offices sit on rounds we already drive, which is why we can hold a per-bag price for a small office without a minimum invoice. If your postcode is not in the grid, ask anyway.
Fully licensed, fully insured

The paperwork your landlord or auditor will ask for.

We are a registered Upper Tier Waste Carrier with commercial insurance in place. Every recurring office receives an annual Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note covering each waste stream. One-off collections get a single-collection note on the day.

Common questions

What office managers ask before they switch.

If your question is not here, call 0207 101 4003 and we will answer it on the phone.
We have nowhere to keep a wheelie bin. Does that matter?
No. That is the reason this service exists. Your cleaners fill our bags from the desk bins after hours on collection evenings, tie them at 5 kg and bring them out once the building allows it. The driver collects them on the route that evening. Full bags never sit inside the building and nothing needs a yard.
Who fills the bags?
Usually your cleaning team, on the evenings we collect. Most offices keep a small bin at each desk; the cleaners walk the floor with one of our bags, empty the desk bins into it, and tie it off with two knots when it reaches about 5 kg. General waste and recycling go in separate bags. Then the bags go out to the pavement in your building's window and the driver picks them up on the route.
How many bags will a small office need?
Count the sacks that go out in a normal week; that number sets your band and your collection days. If you are not sure, tell us and we suggest a starting band. We review it after the first fortnight and adjust the days or the bag count. The minimum order is 50 bags, two rolls of 25, which a small office gets through in a few weeks. Weekend collections need at least 10 bags out; below that the account runs Monday to Friday.
Our building only allows waste out at certain times. Can you work with that?
Yes. In the City of London, bags may only be on the pavement between 6pm and 8am the following morning, every day of the week, and they must be collected before 8am. That is the rule we work to: your cleaners bring the bags out after 6pm and our driver collects them on the evening route. As standard we collect kerbside, outside the building. If your building has a loading bay we can collect from there instead; inside the building the City window does not apply, so bags can go out whenever the bay's own rules allow. Our guide to City of London waste collection times has the full rules.
Can you collect in the evening after staff have gone?
Yes. Several offices on our rounds are collected between 6pm and 8pm. Tell us the last time someone is on site and we will fit the window.
What does it cost?
From £2.10 + VAT per bag for 10 to 49 bags a week on a committed schedule, stepping down as volume grows. Dry Mixed Recycling is 10p less per bag in the bands a small office uses. We send your exact rate within hours of your enquiry, and the full band table is on our bag collection page.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Two options. A 12-month agreement at the published per-bag rate, which renews for another 12 months unless you give 60 days notice before the renewal date; we send a reminder 90 days before. Or a 1-month rolling option at +10% per bag. No multi-year tie-ins.
Can the invoice go to our managing agent or serviced-office operator?
Yes. Tell us who pays and we set the account up in their name with your floor as the site. One invoice a month, Direct Debit recommended.
What about confidential documents?
We do not offer shredding, so anything confidential should go to a document destruction company. Ordinary office paper and printouts go in the Dry Mixed Recycling bag.
Old laptops, monitors, printers?
Electrical equipment is WEEE and does not go in a bag. We can refer you to a specialist ITAD partner for collection and data-safe recycling, and stay your single point of contact.
We are moving office and need desks and chairs gone.
That is a one-off clearance rather than a bag collection. It is quoted on our office clearance page. Many offices use both: the clearance for the move and the bag service for every day after.
What happens if you miss a collection?
Tell us in writing within 24 hours and we will contact you to arrange the next collection. Traffic and vehicle problems happen in London; when they do you reach the operator directly, not a queue.
Do you cover the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones?
Yes. Our rounds run through central London every working day and the zone costs are inside the per-bag price. No surcharge line on the invoice.
Can we switch before our current contract ends?
Yes. We can hold a start date until your notice period ends, or run alongside your incumbent while you switch. Send us the current agreement or describe the terms and we will tell you the cleanest exit window.
How do we pay?
Recurring service is invoiced monthly and Direct Debit is the lowest-fee option. Pre-paid bag bundles are payable by Stripe link before delivery. VAT is shown separately on every invoice.
Do we get paperwork for our landlord or an audit?
Yes. An annual Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note per waste stream, plus our Waste Carrier registration on request. That covers a landlord's compliance check and most ISO 14001 or B Corp evidence requests.

Bags at reception this week. Collections on your days from then on.

Most quotes go out within hours. Tell us the postcode and roughly how many bags a week you fill, and you will have a per-bag price and a suggested schedule before the end of the day.
