What are the standard wheelie bin sizes?

The standard wheelie bin sizes for a business are 110, 240, 360, 660 and 1100 litres. The 110 is a sealed two-wheeled food bin. The 240 and 360 are two-wheeled bins about 1.1 m tall, the kind a salon or small office uses. The 660 and 1100 are four-wheeled bins with a flat or domed lid, about 1.3 m and 1.4 m tall, used by restaurants, larger offices and shops with stockrooms. As a rough guide to capacity, a 240 holds about 3 bin bags, a 360 about 5, a 660 about 10 and an 1100 about 15. We supply all five: 240 to 1100 for general waste and dry mixed recycling, the sealed 110 for food waste.
