A waste carrier licence is a registration with the Environment Agency that anyone transporting waste as part of a business must hold. Upper tier covers carrying other people's waste and is renewed every three years; lower tier covers only your own non-construction waste. The public register lists every holder. Capital Recycle is registered as CBDU466346.
