A hazardous waste consignment note is the document that must accompany every movement of hazardous waste, such as asbestos, solvents, paint, fluorescent tubes or oil, from the producer to the site that treats it. It replaces the ordinary transfer note for those loads. Hazardous waste needs a specialist carrier; we refer it to one of our partners.
Defined in the Commercial Waste Glossary.
